Counselling and Training |
Our team of Social Workers and Psychologists are experienced in working with clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds and we pride ourselves on our ability to assist the client within the context of a knowledge of their cultural background.
All our staff are trained and experienced as critical incident de-briefers and counsellors and are therefore able to effectively work with clients in crisis or who may be dealing with stressful or traumatic experiences.
Both male and female Psychologists and Social Workers are available Assessments can be conducted in English or Russian and we are happy to arrange interpreters for all other languages.
We are able to work to very short timelines and are usually able to see clients within 48 hours of initial contact and reports are available 2 working days later.
We are happy to meet with the client in comfortable and familiar environments which may include the immigration agent or solicitor's office, their home or our offices which are located throughout Melbourne.
The types of assessment we can assist you with include:
Appointments available Sunday to Friday daytime and evenings
Assessments usually require approximately 2-3 hours of client contact.
